Welcome to Richard’s Motel Studios. Formerly called “Bello Condo”, this property is eighteen units surrounding a tropically inspired patio. Bougainvillea lined railing cascading down complete the scenery. We are in the heart of all there is to offer in Hollywood, Florida.
This is condominium style living at motel prices. Our studio- apartments are fully furnished. They have spacious kitchens, large refrigerators, stoves (electric), microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, utensils and cookware, etc.
Want to take a hot bubble bath? We can accommodate you. Large walk-in closets to store all the things you will bring and all the things that you will acquire. (Except the handicap room)There are BBQ facilities available too.We offer cable TV, Two French TV Channels, free long distance to continental U.S. and Canada, Wi Fi internet, laundry facilities and vending machines nearby. All our guest have access to our heated pool at the main motel located across the street.
Only a few blocks from Mardi Gras gaming casino and dog track, and one mile from Gulfstream casino and horse track.

| *Add $20.00 for the third person and $15.00 for each additional person occupying the same studio. |
| *A 25% deposit or one-week stay, whichever is greater, is required for all reservations. |
| *All deposits are none refundable. |
| *Once reserved, full payment is due in full at arrival unless cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival. |
| *A minimum of 4 weeks stay might be required for any reservations (Extra day: daily rates applies). |
